Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President, Alternative Delivery
Summary
This position works with the project development and estimating groups. Proposal team member who coordinates, organizes, plans, and produces Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and Technical Proposals that comply with Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Preparing proposal criteria outlines and building templates.
- Collaborating and coordinating with proposal team members under fast-paced, aggressive deadlines
- Preparing drafts and editing/formatting proposal documents
- RFQ/RFP criteria compliance and document control
- Creating proposal covers and tabs
- Producing proposals
- Creating/producing quarterly corporate newsletter
- Updating/maintaining corporate website
- Creating/maintaining management/supervisory personnel and project resumes
- Maintaining project information, including photos, media coverage, and logistics
- Submitting projects for national/local awards
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for proposals and projects
- Composing company and project articles and ads for transportation industry publications
- Producing event materials showcasing the company and/or projects
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position requires a high level of organization, detail, time management, coordination and communication. Proposals are fast-paced and deadline driven. Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma; minimum 5 years related experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, vendors, subcontractors and estimating team.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. Advanced writing, spelling, grammar and editing skills
